Ideal for operations where space is limited (under 3m³ footprint), the RJ-DW1 delivers powerful cleaning through a rotating “vee” spray pattern at a nominal 200 BAR. Enhance cleaning performance with optional heating or chemical dosing using a standard cold water supply.

Prioritizing operator safety, the RJ-DW1 features interlocks that engage throughout the automated wash cycle. Once manually loaded, the 360° rotating spray nozzles effectively remove contaminants from the container’s interior with minimal supervision.

For added convenience and safety, the machine door is lever and push-button operated, reducing manual handling. A steam extraction fan, integrated into the control circuit, activates after the wash cycle or upon pressing the stop button. This opens a rear air inlet, facilitating flash drying of the cleaned product. The RJ-DW1 provides a safe, efficient, and low-supervision method for removing contaminants from a wide range of components.
