The RJ-IWE container washer streamlines the labor-intensive process of exterior IBC cleaning by combining a high-pressure pump, drainage system, canopy, and rotating bed into a single, compact station.
Effortless Cleaning with High-Pressure Water
Ambient or heated water is delivered to the IBC’s exterior via a high-pressure nozzle (200 BAR) and optimal flow rate (15 L/min), effectively removing even stubborn contaminants and labels from the IBC’s surface.
Reduce Water Consumption with Replenishment
For maximum water conservation, the RJ-IWE offers an optional recirculation system. Instead of being wasted, spent water is filtered and returned to a recirculation tank, significantly reducing water consumption and optimising the cleaning process.
Modular Design for Versatility
