ATEX Parts Washers: A Comprehensive Cleaning Solution
Our ATEX-certified parts washers offer a range of configurations to meet your specific cleaning needs.
You can choose from single-stage or two-stage machines. Single-stage machines use a single solvent for both the initial wash and final rinse. Two-stage machines utilize a second stage with clean solvent for a final rinse. The final rinse solvent is then typically discharged back into the wash solvent for reuse.
Spent solvent from the wash tank is pumped out and processed in a distillation unit for reuse, minimizing waste and reducing costs.
Our machines feature ATEX Certified Rotating Spray Nozzles that deliver low-pressure (5-7 BAR) cleaning power, ensuring effective cleaning while prioritizing safety. Other key features include a built-in solvent sump, coarse filtration, cycle timers, a wash pump, clean-out doors, extraction, and safety interlocks.
