RJ-ICS/f: Floor Mounted System
To ensure full coverage, the internal high-pressure spray nozzle will rotate 360 degrees throughout the wash cycle. This means that every inch of the IBC is subject to the impingement of the high-pressure spray for the effective removal of almost any contaminant present within the IBC.
As the most effective way to remove contaminants, the machine’s high-pressure pump means that other wash factors such as temperature, cycle times, and cleaning chemicals, can be reduced whilst still achieving the highest level of cleaning quality.
With the internal spray nozzle optimally balanced on a counterweight structure, the internal spray nozzle can be manually pulled into position with ease by the operator. This means that you can maintain full control of the process from start-to-finish, thus ensuring the best results for your operation.
