RJ-DW-D60:
Multi-Size Container Washer
This machine is ideal for companies wishing to wash multiple sized containers and other tools and equipment in the same wash cycle. A full range of contaminated items can be placed in the basket and simply wheeled into the wash chamber when full.
Efficient, Cost-Saving Filtration
To help reduce running costs, the D60 comes equipped with both coarse and fine filtration as standard. High-performance centrifugal pumps, positioned directly beneath the cleaning area, deliver wash and rinse solutions into a shared distribution system. This ensures a balanced flow to both the left and right spray nozzles for consistent, even-pressure cleaning.
Optional Heating for Faster Cycle Times
For enhanced cleaning power, optional integrated heating can be added. This significantly reduces cycle time and improves wash quality. A clearly marked thermostat—located in one of the sump heater terminal housings—allows operators to set temperatures anywhere between 40°C and 120°C, giving full control over cleaning performance.

Built-In Protection & Smart Safety Features
A low-level water safety device is included as standard to protect the heating elements. If water levels drop too low, a red warning light is displayed on the control panel and the machine will not operate until refilled—helping prevent accidental damage.
Easy Maintenance
To keep maintenance simple, the D60 is designed with accessible clean-out doors, allowing operators to remove solid contaminants from the sumps and wash chamber quickly and safely.
