To accommodate various cleaning requirements, we offer IBC and Tote Washers with three different configurations:
Single Stage Wash (RJ-IW/1C): This washer thoroughly cleans the container in a single cycle, ensuring complete residue removal.
Single Stage Rinse (RJ-IW/1): For a simple rinse process, this washer provides a hassle-free solution.
Two-Stage Wash and Rinse (RJ-IW/2): This comprehensive washer delivers a thorough cleaning and drying process, leaving your containers impeccably clean and sanitised.

With a 200 BAR pressure and 15L/min flow rate, our nozzle effortlessly removes stubborn residues, leaving your containers spotless.
Ambient Water Rinsing for Water-Based Residues
For IBCs and totes containing water-based residues, ambient water rinsing is typically sufficient to remove residue effectively. This environmentally friendly option minimises water consumption and associated costs.
Heated Caustic Liquor Rinsing for Non-Water-Based Residues
For IBCs and totes with stubborn non-water-based residues, heated caustic liquor rinsing provides enhanced cleaning power. The heat and causticity break down and dislodge these residues, leaving your containers spotless.
Recirculating Tank Option for Reduced Costs
To further optimise operating costs, you can add an optional 500L recirculating tank. This tank allows for the filtered wash solution to be reused, reducing the consumption of fresh water and caustic liquor.
