To ensure full coverage clean the ATEX IBC washer can be supplied as single-stage or two-stage machines, where the second stage users clean solvent for the final rinse.
How does the ATEX IBC washer work?
- Easy Loading:
The stainless steel IBC is effortlessly loaded onto our machine’s sliding tracks.
- Automated Cleaning:
Once the pneumatic door is securely closed, the machine begins a precise cleaning process. Suitable solvents are jetted through a series of ATEX-certified spray nozzles at a pressure of 5-7 bar.
- Intensive Cleaning:
For stubborn residues or heavily contaminated IBCs, our machine employs high-pressure spray nozzles (100-170 bar) to ensure thorough cleaning.leo.
- Efficient Solvent Use:
In our two-stage machines, the final rinse solvent is discharged into the wash solvent for reuse, minimizing waste.
- Eco-friendly Operation:
Once the wash solvent is spent, it’s pumped out and processed in a distillation unit for recycling and reuse.
Paints
