Rotajet delivers complete turnkey drum reconditioning solutions, scaling to meet even the highest throughput demands. Our Single-Track Automatic Drum Washers achieve impressive cleaning rates of up to 60 drums per hour, while our larger, multi-track models can process hundreds of drums. All Rotajet Automatic Drum Washers include the following standard reconditioning zones
- Caustic Wash. This stage is specially designed to remove the bulk of contaminants such as chemical residues from the drum.
- Freshwater Rinse. This stage will remove any remaining contaminants as well as cleaning liquids from the drum.
For complete drum preparation, a drying zone can be incorporated as a final stage to ensure all residual liquid is removed. To maximise throughput, Rotajet can expand the automatic drum washing line with additional stations, minimising transfer time.
A Drum Crusher or Pressure Tester can also be integrated to identify and eliminate potentially hazardous drums that may leak.
Rotajet provides customised solutions tailored to your specific operational requirements.
Our drum washing solutions accommodate a wide range of volumes, from single drums to high-throughput operations across diverse industries worldwide. For smaller containers, Rotajet offers a specialised line of pail washers designed for efficient reconditioning.
