IBC washers, pressure testers, dryers and detailing stations can either be used as standalone machines or configured together to form a complete IBC reconditioning system.
A modular bolt-on design means our customers can expand their facility in line with their business growth. This allows systems to be added to increase throughput or capability as they require, without disruptive factory moves and installations.Â
Our RJ-IWE module streamlines this process. It features a 360° rotating bed, a powerful built-in pump, and a protective canopy to minimize water splash. Spent water is collected in a drip tray and typically drained, making label removal and external cleaning efficient and straightforward.
Rotajet’s IBC internal washing system uses high-pressure (30-180 bar) 360° spray nozzles with either caustic or detergent solutions to thoroughly clean IBC interiors, effectively removing contamination regardless of operation size, ensuring consistent cleaning quality and reducing labor.
Rotajet’s integrated pressure tester ensures leak-free IBCs by sealing the unit and performing automated tests initiated via button or sensor. The central control panel provides clear feedback through a traffic light system, allowing for efficient and reliable quality control.
Rotajet’s thermal dryer uses 130°C air for rapid IBC drying with adjustable cycle times. Adding their RJ-TVS tipping station and vacuum arm further reduces drying time and costs by removing pooled water, resulting in a fully reconditioned IBC.
